What a scary freaking day!

I'm SO thankful that I live in a hurricane zone 

& not an area that is popular for tornadoes.

At least with hurricanes you have SOME warning..

I'm being so serious right now. 

 It was SCARY! 

So bad I ran in my closet with Rylee.

Diesel came busting in the door after we did 

& I let him in.

He wouldn't move off the couch when

I ran in the closet..

that's why he came in later.

So, no, I didn't leave him out! 

He needs to be safe too!

Weekend recap!

This weekend was a lot of fun!

I forget how nice it is to have Jeremy home all weekend 

& for us to do family things!

Friday we went to dinner & to his nephew's baseball game.

Rylee loved it! She was watching the whole time.

Then we left at 7:45 which is her bed time & 

she decided to scream the WHOLE way home.

All 25 minutes.

Blah.

She passed out as soon as we got her ready for bed!

Saturday we went to my nephews baseball game.

 She didn't even take a nap because we were gone all day long.

She was so good though, despite the lack of sleep.

Then....

We decided to go to my memes because she was cooking.

I have a HUGE immediate family so everyone was there:

My mom, mom's husband, sister, 2 nephews, 

2 cousins, 1 uncle, 1 aunt, meme, poppa, mema.

That's 12 people not including us- so 15 total!

I don't think Rylee liked it so much...

First, meet my baby nephew Ethan. 

He's 6 weeks older than Rylee

and my chubby girl is a monster compared to him! 

 Before the screaming started..

 Then, my mema wanted to hold her.

She was perfectly fine playing (see pics above) then this started...

Finally..I was able to calm her down..

 Sunday we went on the boat! 

Her first time

& she loved it!!

We would have stayed out there longer 

than 2 hours 

if we could have kept her under the shade, 

but it was too hard.

So she wasn't a fan of the life  jacket,

but as soon as I had it off of her she was fine!

That was our weekend! : )

The weekend is finally here!

I normally don't blog on the weekends, 

but you're lucky today because I am!

Jeremy is actually home with us all weekend long!

NO FISHING! Oh my gosh...what's going on?

I feel like super mom this morning!

We woke up at 8:30 so far I have:

washed her mound of clothes, went grocery shopping,

 ate lunch & now she's taking a nap..

Oh..and it's only 11:20am! 

Yep, I'm pretty much bragging.

Every other day we stay in our PJs and play all day!

After she wakes up we're going off to Joanns so I can finish her tutu!

Mondays!

Last night was super rough.

 We were up 5 times between 12am-5:30am

 then at 5:30 she decides it's wake up time 

& would NOT go back to sleep! 

So aggravating.

I'm SO excited for our 1st family pictures

 in a couple weeks!

Rylee has a super cute tutu I made 

& some pearls I found at Target in the $1 section 

for her easter basket that I'll let her wear !

Jen came over Saturday

 & brought a delish sub from Publix & 

a delish brownie too.

Minus the green peppers.

The quality on this is not so great sucks,

 but she is just laughing with her daddy. 

The most adorable thing. 

This brings tears to my eyes &

 if you're not a mama you probably wouldn't 

understand.

"Hi Mommy! I broke out of my swaddle &

 rolled on my tummy. Oops"

Thinking...

Why is it that I start to think about things & get a little mad at myself?

Does anyone else do this?

I'm talking to a former co-worker &

she now works from home-

what I would have been doing if I hadn't of quit.

It makes me a little sad...

I could be working from home & still playing with my little baby.

I'm sure it wouldn't be as glamorous as I keep thinking...

I just couldn't bring myself to put Rylee in daycare

for TWO months. 

That would have been the longest two months of 

MY LIFE.

I'm so thankful I'm still able to stay home..

I just can't shop as much as I'd like : (

It's definitely a love/hate relationship.

However, everything happens for a reason, right?

Playing outside today while mommy trimmed the flower garden.

I haven't seen a bloom on these flowers in 2 years

 and they decide to bloom this year? 

Carrots are gross..no wonder she didn't like them.

Rylee actually slept all night again! 

Granted- I did have to get up and calm her down 3 times, 

but I never had to take her out of the crib.

We tried Carrots last night.

She hated it. 

Literally hated.

She kept gagging herself.

Did anyone watch The Bachelor??

I love(d) Emily.

 Notice the D at the end of love.

I just cannot believe her.

She was SO sweet & down to earth on the show.

Then on the "After the final rose" she really showed her true colors.

I hope she's not really like that &

She's down to earth like she portrayed herself.

And Diesel yawning like he's so tired.

Shopping? Yes, Please.

We went shopping for clothes since our family photo shoot is coming up!

 I can't believe I managed to get Jeremy to the mall & shop without complaining! 

I hope the outfits look good together & the colors coordinate well. 

I'm still trying to pick out Rylee's outfit. 

It's so much harder for her because I want her to look extra cute. : ) 

I am trying to post pictures, but the Express website is being gay.

I guess you will just have to wait until I get the proofs in to see!

Rylee didn't sleep through the night last night. =( 

She only woke up 1 time to eat so I guess it isn't too bad. 

I had to go in & calm her down 2 different times though..ugh. 

I won't miss this stage AT ALL. 

She's going on a 4 hour nap right now! 

YIKES. 

This can't be good for tonight, but I feel so bad for waking her up.

Speaking of tonight- I'm going to be SO tired tomorrow.

 The Bachelor finale is tonight! WOO! 

Yes, I'm addicted! 

I cannot wait! I really hope he proposes to Emily!
