6 months
Oh, Chloe. How are you already 6 months? 6 more months and we will be planning your first birthday- I have already planned the theme for it! (Call me crazy)
You really are the best baby. Never cry..well unless Rylee is tackling you- which she does often now. Everyone always compliments how well you are too. I'm so lucky you're laid back (at least for now you are.)
You're 17 lbs! Whoa! You wear anywhere from 6-12 month clothing. 12 month sleepers. I think you'll have big feet like your big sister too!
You sleep at night from 8pm-2am and then from 215am-730am (give or take) You nurse during the day about every 3-4 hours. Anddddd you are 100% transitioned to your crib! So happy, but so sad at the same time. You sleep a lot better in there.

Family pics!
We just got over another sickness in this house. They both had really bad coughs, but finally they're all better! Chloe also had an ear infection and she's finishing up the last of her amoxicillin. She's starting to like it now and I think she's ready for solids. She swallows the medicine so well now and when we first started it she would just let it run out.
I feel so hesitant to start solids this time around. I don't want my little baby growing up and I feel like she's gotten so big, so fast. We still haven't tried any type of solids. Maybe in a couple weeks we will give it a try.
We had family pictures taken a couple weeks ago. Here's some that she's uploaded.

Love my family.
Jeremy's been out of town for 4 days now. It's been tough, but I think this is good for us. Makes me realize how much he does help (because sometimes I feel like he doesn't.)

Here I am.
Life is crazy busy. Having two kids is somewhat tough. I've been incredibly blessed by having a sweet, sweet girl this second time around. She's already swaddle free and sleeping all by herself. Rylee at this age? Was definitely not. We were still up every 2 hours with her. Sure, Chloe has her bad nights, but they're occasional and most of the time she sleeps 6-8 hours at once at night.
When it gets to be nap time, the last thing I want to do is blog. Sad, but true. Blogging has been at the bottom of my priority list. Especially with moving into a new house & still SO much to do. We are a month in.
So, that's where I've been & maybe once I get the blogging itch back, I'll start back up. Until then..it will be posts here & there. =)

5 months!
I can't get over that you're already 5 months old!! Time is flying by so, so fast.
You're really a good baby. You never really cry unless you are hungry, you have a dirty diaper or you're sleepy. You LOVE your big sister & you love to laugh at her. Melts my heart every single time.
You're a rolling machine now! You roll both ways & scoot all around. I'm not ready for a scooter, yet! You need to stay still! ;-)
Sleep is starting to get tough around here. You're breaking out of the swaddle and keep rolling over on your tummy. We have decided to do our own version of CIO. Today was the first day & you did really well. You only cried for about 15 minutes and then you rolled over and fell asleep. Hopefully every day from here on out is easier.
You are in size 3 diapers. You're a chunky butt. I have no idea how much you weigh, but I'm pretty sure my biceps are getting big just carrying you around.
You're in size 6/9 month clothes and even some of those are tight on you!
Stop growing, little lady!

New house
After a long 3 weeks of living with the in laws (post to come later) we are finally signing the papers on our new house! It's gorgeous and I'm in love.
We are moving in today and once we get the house unpacked & settled- I will do a little tour.

4 months! (a little late)
You turned 4 months 2 weeks ago, so I'm a little late, but better late than never, right?
You really remind me a lot of your big sister, ry ry. Your eyes are starting to turn really light blue & your hair is getting really light & growing! I'm glad I don't have bald head babies. :-)
Sleep: Minus going through a rough 2 week patch, due to RSV (which was horrible), you sleep pretty well. You go to bed around 8pm, wake up around 1am and then about every 3 hours after that. You usually wake up for the day around 8am. Naps are great. You nap for about 2 hours (I finally have you girls on the same nap schedule- pure bliss!)
Clothes: You're in 3-6 month clothes now. Size 2 diapers.
You were 16.6 lbs and 24.5" at your 4 month check up! So chunky- I love it! You're nursing like a champ and usually about every 3 hours.

May as well keep going with the comparisons:

Life lately..
Things have been insanely busy around here lately. We have packed up our entire house, moved it into storage and now we're staying with my MIL/FIL until we close on our new house.
Did I mention we're buying another house? I am so flipping excited, but I'm starting to get super anxious.
We are scheduled to close April 1st. I'm starting to believe that's not going to happen. There was an error in our appraisal so now we have to wait until the appraiser fixes whatever the issue was...wait, wait, wait. I'm tired of waiting. I just want to move in already.
The girls have been a mess lately. Rylee decides to turn into a possessed child when the in laws are around & not listen to me. She's now waking up at 5am instead of 9am and only taking an hour nap. I am beyond exhausted. I can't wait to get in our own house and get back to our schedules like normal. It's been a rough 5 days...yep, only 5 days so far.

Three months in
Well, we are three months in this thing with 2 under 2.
It definitely hasn't been easy, but it's doable. (It has to be, right?)
There have been so many challenging days, but then there's day I wouldn't trade it for the world. Days when Rylee doesn't have a million tantrums and actually listens.
"Rylee, pose for mama."
Rylee really adores Chloe. They both adore each other. Every morning Rylee will ask if Chloe is awake- "baby up?" , "baby nap?" If Chloe is still napping she will put her finger up to her mouth and say "shh". When she finally hears Chloe make a noise she gets so excited and says "BABY UP!" As soon as Chloe sees Rylee she starts smiling so big. Melts my heart.
Rylee has started this thing where she wants us to hold her 24/7. She's actually worse once Jeremy gets home from work and that's when the whining starts. A lot of my days look like this:
or this...Rylee hanging on to me while Chloe nurses.
Everything has gradually been better though. As long as I keep Rylee busy all day long, she usually seems to do pretty well. It's no joke having two kids. They are exhausting.
Pushing her baby around while she grocery shops. =)
My little mama.
The girls are on the same nap & bed time schedule, for the most part. It's nice. Chloe is still sleeping in the rock n play, but I think we're about to make the transition to the pack n play. I have mastered going out with two and every day is easier & easier. Rylee listens to me when we're out and about (for the most part.) She will always hold my hand in the parking lot & it just makes it so much easier. If we're having a bad day, I don't dare go anywhere.
There are definitely days where I need silence to cool down. I just take it hour by hour and we manage to get through it.

3 MONTHS!
How in the world is my last baby already 3 months old?!
Diapers/Clothes: Size 1 diapers, but we're about to make a switch to 2's. You're in 0-3 month clothes, but they're already starting to get tight!
Sleep: You're a champ. So much different than your big sissy. You sleep about 7 hours during the first stretch, another 3 after that and then another 2.
Nursing: You nurse about every 2-4 hours during the day. You cluster feed from 530am-7am. I'm not stressing this time about when you went, how long you nurse, etc and it's so much easier!
You're starting to smile all the time- adorable.
When you poop, it's like a loud train coming through & then there will be hardly anything in your diaper. You love to do this when we're out and about in a dead silent room.
You never cry unless you need a diaper change, hungry or sleepy. Just like your big sis.
Your eyes are so light blue. I think I'll have another blue eyed kid. =)

Our first time in snow!
Let me start off by saying....I suck at blogging lately. Chloe is almost 3 months old and we are trying really hard to get the girls on the same nap schedule so when it's time for nap time I'm either trying to get Chloe down or so worn out that I just want to be a vegetable on the couch.
With that being said, this past weekend we saw snow for the first time! First time for me too!
We had to fly up to Ohio for a funeral so we decided to make a pit stop at Lonis before we came home. The girls were pretty well behaved on the flight up. We had a short layover in Charlotte (really with just enough time to get to our next plane- that we almost missed.) It was FREEZING! I'm so glad I live in Florida where our 'cold' is 50*, not 12*.
Once we spent all day at the funeral, grave site and lunch we were off to make the dreaded 3.5 hour drive to Loni's! We had many, many meltdowns, but didn't have to make one pit stop.
I may have climbed in the backseat between 2 car seats, squished as ever, and I may have had to do something else to keep Chloe calm...but we will just skip over that part.

We had to wake Rylee up on Friday morning and she was still so tired!
(This was for 4 days....insane how much you have to pack with kids.)

We finally made it! We had matching pjs for the girls so duh we had to give them a bath together and duh we had to put them in the same pjs.
Sunday we went to this fun indoor play place. They had all kinds of trampolines and huge swing sets and slides. The girls loved it.
I may have been a little excited too.
Monday morning Rylee woke us up bright and early saying "mama up" , "dada up" all while pulling the covers off of me. I get up..look outside and it's snowing! I text Loni and she didn't believe me. You could say I slightly freaked out. Mainly because I've never been in snow or had any part in it.
1st snow ball!!
It was 7* on Monday before we left. SO, SO COLD! None of us liked the cold weather.
It was a fun, short trip! We were ready to come back home. Going somewhere with kids is nothing like going on vacation by yourself or with your husband. It's a lot, lot, lot more work. We had a lot of meltdowns at the airport on the way home since both of our flights were delayed. We ended up not getting home until midnight. With 2 young kids- that sucks.
So call me mom of the year, but yes she had this huge thing to keep her sane (and us too.)
